Providing better engineering services to southeast Michigan was Warren Anderson’s goal when he founded the firm in 1968. George Eckstein and William Westrick joined shortly thereafter with that same vision. Today, over 100 employees at Anderson, Eckstein and Westrick, Inc. (AEW) remain dedicated to providing better solutions. As a result, AEW has evolved into the full service civil engineering, architectural and land surveying company that it is today.

We are deeply rooted in a region that is rich in history and has seen amazing growth and development in the last 40 years. In our role, we have master planned and designed infrastructure for thousands of projects. For the people we represent, we are proud to have helped them create better communities!

We wish to build upon that commitment to the communities in which we work.  We also wish to extend that commitment to all of our projects and to all of our clients, the people who have helped make this region a better place. Building communities has given us the opportunity to also work with school districts, quasi-government agencies, and a variety of private owners, investors, and developers…all of which (as a team) has literally helped shape southeast Michigan.

We applaud all of you and say thank-you! It is in appreciation of you that we offer a brief reflection of the past as we prepare for an even greater future! We appreciate all that you do for us and for southeast Michigan!
